Eligibility

Entrants must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Minimum age requirements vary by jurisdiction and firearm type.

By entering, you affirm that you meet all legal requirements to receive the firearm through a licensed FFL.

Raffle is void where prohibited.
Entries

Each $5 purchase equals one (1) raffle entry.

Quantity purchased equals the number of entries received.

No purchase guarantees winning.

All sales are final. No refunds.
Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random after the raffle closes.

Winner will be contacted using the email provided at checkout.

Winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 72 hours.

Failure to respond or failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in a new winner being selected.
Firearm Transfer

Firearm will be transferred only through a licensed FFL dealer.

Winner must successfully complete all required background checks and transfer requirements.

Winner is responsible for any FFL transfer fees, background check fees, and shipping costs, if applicable.
No Substitutions

No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.

If the selected winner cannot legally receive the firearm, a new winner will be selected.
